Jane said that when she first started engaging in the “hotel nights” in 2021, Sean “Diddy” Combs facilitated the “entertainers,” or other men involved in the drug-fueled sexual encounters.

Jane said she hated that the men who joined them in the sexual encounters were strangers to her.

Jane said even though she didn’t want to have sex with other men, she said she should at least choose who she’d be with.

“I just said to myself, ‘if we’re going to be doing this I should just choose who was going to be on my body,’” she testified.

Jane said the first time she was the one to choose the man who would join them was in late 2021 or early 2022.

She and Combs were watching pornographic videos of a man whose stage name was “Sly.” Afterward, Combs was “encouraging and flirtatious,” asking Jane if she thought she could get Sly, she said.

Jane said she messaged Sly on Instagram and they started texting. They later FaceTimed when she was with Combs.

After the FaceTime call, Jane booked flights for Sly to visit Los Angeles from Atlanta for a “hotel night” with her and Combs. She recalled she and Sly were both nervous when they met. She said it was her first meeting an adult film star.

That first “hotel night” with Sly went like the typical routine, Jane said, and afterward, she began scheduling him frequently for more nights in Los Angeles, Miami and New York. Combs’ travel agent would sometimes help her book the travel, and Combs always paid for it, Jane testified.

Sly would be paid somewhere between $2,000 and $4,000 for each “hotel night,” usually in cash from Combs, Jane said.

Jane said she picked Sly “because he was familiar with me” and “because he felt like a safe option for me.”
