For Keke Palmer, getting dressed each morning isn’t just about style, it’s about being ready to take on a day that requires her to wear many hats.

Stylish athleisure from Abercrombie, Spanx and more

As an actress, entrepreneur and mother, Palmer moves between “roles” constantly, often within the same day. That reality means balancing work, wellness and raising her young son, which has become the foundation for her latest collaboration with Fabletics.

“I’m always on the go, whether that’s fitting in a Pilates class during the day, traveling for work projects or managing all the wonderful and new things that come with mom life. So for me, versatility and comfort are a top priority right now,” Palmer told “Good Morning America.”

Since welcoming her son in 2023, Palmer said her relationship with time, energy and self-care has shifted. Balance, she explained, no longer means doing everything perfectly but instead prioritizing what feels meaningful.

Palmer said she was drawn to designing a collection that reflects how women, especially mothers, actually live.

“These days, it’s all about what brings me joy,” Palmer said. “First and foremost is my son and all the time I get to spend with him and pour into him. From there, I look at where my energy stands and how much is left to bring to something else.”

That mindset influenced the collection’s focus. Palmer said these are pieces women can reach for without overthinking. “You can look great, feel confident and crush your entire day, all in the same outfit,” Palmer said.

“Every busy mom needs a workout set she can reach for, put on and know she will feel and look her best every single time,” she said.

Beyond this collection, Palmer also has a broader commitment to making wellness feel accessible, rather than aspirational or unattainable. Palmer encourages women to define health on their own terms.

“Wellness does not need to be extreme, it just needs to be personal,” she said. “Everyone deserves to be able to access the mental, emotional and physical benefits of health and wellness.”

Palmer’s Pick

The On-The-Go PowerHold Legging and matching Principal Bra are what Palmer called out as favorites. She shared that their supportive fit and ability to keep up with her daily routine is why they have become a go-to in her lineup.
